An easy way to add your TFN, ABN or Residency information to your existing account

Now you can provide us with your Tax File Number (TFN), Australian Business Number (ABN), Exemption Code(s) and/or your Tax Residency Information after your account is established.

We will provide your TFN to the respective Share Registries on your behalf, which is sent out through CHESS messaging and applied to all stocks recorded on your Holder Identification Number (HIN) with Westpac.

Under the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Common Reporting Standards (CRS), you are required to provide details of your country/ies of tax residency. If this was not provided in your initial application or verbally over the phone, please complete and return this form at your earliest convenience.
